We'll create your ad for an additional $29.00 one time fee for each static ad or $34 for each 3-4 panel animated gif created. Price includes unlimited colors, any size, unlimited revisions on the initial concept and you get an electronic copy for your own use--supplied by e-mail. Price includes the use of clipart, your images and stock photographs, but does not include our creation of original illustrations, custom photography or manipulated images.
Optional $29 fee for delivery of final approved artwork on CD. No fee for e-mail delivery.
For this promotion, the Ad Creation fee will not be credited to your advertising account.
No refunds on artwork once the work has begun

No Java scripts will be accepted.
Flash and video ads are allowed with a supplied html code.
All ads must agree with our regular advertising agreement and not contain restricted content.
All ads must stay in their own space and not expand with with rollover/mouseover.
We reserve the right to tweak supplied html codes that do not allow for a click-through to open into a new window.
Above the line placement is not guaranteed,unless it has been paid for, but we will work to get you to the top of the page as often as possible. Your ad may or may not be in the same location of the page every week.
Any size of business, organization or individual may participate from any location within or out of Texas.
You may have more than one ad per page or run multiple ads on multiple pages, however the ad rate must be paid for each individual ad/image, or number of page(s) per a single image.
Orders must be received, artwork and additional instructions must be provided by 12:00 pm CST in order to have your ad placed for view on the following Friday
Payment is required in full and in advance, and is only accepted through PayPal for this promotion. Electronic checks and credit cards are accepted through the PayPal service. No paper checks, money orders, purchase orders or invoicing will be accepted for this promotion..
No refunds on ad space once the final ad is approved by you and is published for the third week. Should you decide to pull the ad after the ad has been published you will only be refunded the balance after the published week's base rate(s) have been deducted. Promotional rates are not prorated.
This offer will expire, however a date has not been set and it may expire without notice and may or may not be repeated again.
This process is not completely automated.The AggieBuyer is in the process of growing and our current shopping cart does not allow for you to upload your ad or provide other details we need. You will receive a confirmation emal with instructions to submit your artwork, provide us web url links, tell us which page you want your ad to appear on and the start date. Regarding ads for placement on a page of any Texas city other than the Bryan/College Station area: The AggieBuyer is a new publication and will be expanding throughout Texas in 2008. At present all other locations in our Texas directory have only one page allotted, however as we expand pages to serve the area's needs, you will later be given a choice to remain on the town's main page or be moved to a section such as automotive, real estate, etc, that may be more suited to your target market.

Advertising Agreement Addendum:
In addition to the standard Advertising Agreement, The AggieBuyer has provided this clause for this promotion: In the event after payment has been received and initial publication has begun, and your ad fails to be presented on-line at www.aggiebuyer.com for the agreed upon 9 continuous weeks for any reason including but not limited to natural disaster, regional blackouts, terrorist attack or human error on the part of The AggieBuyer. The AggieBuyer will resume publication of your ad as soon as the problem has been resolved and will further agree to provide an an additional week at the end of the agreed upon term for each week or partial week (1 day/24hr minimum) that The AggieBuyer/ www.aggiebuyer.com or your ad is not available for on-line viewing. This policy does not include the two hours each week The AggieBuyer is off-line from 10pm-Midnight (CST) each Thursday night during which time the server is cleared and the week's new issue is published to the internet. This policy does not apply in the event the client has supplied The AggieBuyer with an html code, and the client had made an error when updating images for display with our use of the provided code.
